How does planning a trip with Pravaah work?
Send us an enquiry with your dates and a rough idea of what you want. We come back within one working day with a suggested route and an indicative cost, then refine it with you until it fits. Nothing is booked until you confirm.
Are your itineraries fixed packages?
No. Every itinerary on this site is a starting point. We change the pace, swap stays, add or remove days and rebuild routes entirely — most of our trips end up looking quite different from where they started.
Why are there no prices on the site?
Rates for stays, treks and festivals change with the season, group size and availability, so we quote each trip individually. Every quote spells out exactly what is included — stays, meals, transport, guides and permits — and what is not, before you pay anything.
How do I pay, and when?
A booking advance confirms your dates and holds the stays. The balance is due before departure, with the exact schedule shared in writing when you confirm. We accept bank transfer and UPI.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation terms depend on the properties and permits involved, and are shared in writing before you pay anything. We pass on supplier refunds in full and are upfront about what is non-refundable.
