About this stay

Hartola sits on a ridge near Mukteshwar, surrounded by apple, plum and apricot orchards and oak forest. On a clear morning the whole snow range lines up across the horizon — Trishul, Nanda Devi and the peaks beyond.

Nirvaana Mansion is built for exactly that kind of stillness. Home-cooked Kumaoni meals, a sunny verandah, forest walks to neighbouring villages, and evenings that end early because there is no reason for them not to. It is the stay we recommend when someone tells us they just need to switch off.
